2020 Military Pay Charts for Enlisted and Officers
On July 12, 2019, the Full House of
Representatives passed their
version of the 2020 National Defense
Authorization Act by a vote of 220
to 197. The House’s version supports
the Senate’s and the President’s desire
for a 3.1 percent military pay raise for
2020. Next up, the House and the
Senate must reconcile the differences
between the two versions. Once that
process is completed, the bill will be
forwarded to President Trump for final
approval.
Update 12 December 2019 > 3.1% pay
raise is approved and will take effect on
1 January 2020.
