The Commander will make the final decision when punishing acts of misconduct under article 15 of the UCMJ. The following is
a quick guide which lists the maximum punishment that can be imposed without a military court martial.
The maximum authorized punishments by article 15 for enlisted personnel under FORMAL PROCEEDINGS
