SUBJECT: Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 Military Clothing Replacement Rates

The purpose of this message is to provide information to Defense
Military Pay Offices
(DMPO’s), Finance Offices (FO’s), U.S. Property and Fiscal Offices
(USPFO’s), and USAR Pay
Centers (UPCs) the new Clothing Allowances effective October 1, 2015.
1. The new cash replacement allowance (annual rates) effective
October 1, 2015 are as follows:
a. The new Permanent Duty initial payment is $1022.40
b. The Permanent Duty annual replacement payment $340.80
c. The new Temporary Duty of at least 15 days in a 30-day period is
$340.80
d. The new Temporary Duty of at least 30 days in a 36-month is $681.60.
